JOHN CAVANAUGH
President
As President and Owner of INX Indoor Air Quality for the last two decades, John’s daily goal is to ensure all aspects of our business are run with quality and integrity. From day one he has strived to help our customers remedy their IAQ issues and helping our customers Breathe Easy is his favorite part of what we do. On the weekends he enjoys doing projects around the house and spending time with Family.
LORI CAVANAUGH
Vice President/Treasurer
Since 1999 Lori has been working at INX Indoor Air Quality in our accounting department. She enjoys working alongside her husband John to help INX take care of our customers while helping to keep everything organized. She is also a 36 year veteran clinical lab technician at a local Children’s Hospital.
MIKE CAVANAUGH
Vice President Of Operations
Unlike many people, Mike grew up hearing about and seeing photos of mold almost daily thanks to INX. He now oversees all of our marketing outreach and assists with operational components. Before joining INX full time, he had a decade of experience in Technology Education and Marketing.
JASON TELLO
Sales
Jason has 14 years of experience in customer service and sales. Since joining the team in 2020, Jason has been helping our customers identify their indoor air quality needs by connecting them with our professionally trained team of inspectors and technicians to help them with their residential and/or commercial issues. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with his Fiancé and caring for his exotic pets.
DEREK
Senior Technician
Since joining our team in 2001, Derek has helped thousands of customers improve their indoor air quality and solve their IAQ issues. He has been a leader amongst our team for close to two decades and approaches each and every job with the same focus and dedication. When Derek is not improving your indoor air quality, he loves being surrounded by nature while hunting all types of game.
FRANK
Senior Technician
For just under 20 years, Frank has been known within INX for his meticulous attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. He prides himself in making sure that not a single thing is missed on any job and our customers express their appreciation consistently. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on his cars.
MARTY
Senior Technician
For the last 18 years Marty has been helping our customers rid their properties of all types of molds including Aspergillus/Penicillium and Stachybotrys to name a few. He enjoys working alongside his twin brother Ed and son Chris on various Indoor Air quality projects to help our customers. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Senior Technician
Since ___year_____ Ed has been helping INX customers with their Indoor Air Quality issues from moldy basements to attics/crawl spaces. Ed’s work ethic and consistent effort is admirable and validated by customers constantly. Working alongside his twin brother Marty and nephew Chris is one of his favorite parts of his job.

Field Technician
Since joining our team in early 2020, as a second generation INX team member, Jacob has been working alongside his father to learn from the best while helping our customers with their Indoor Air Quality needs. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with his friends and playing/watching sports.

Dionne has been with INX Indoor Air Quality since 2020 and has proudly assisted our customers with their indoor air quality needs. From fixing mold related issues in bathrooms, basements or kitchens, she has been happy to speak with and improve the indoor environment for our customers. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her two dogs (Chevy and Henny) and gardening.
